Shipments

We use the services of 'La Poste' to send your orders worldwide.

The shipping fee includes handling, packing and postage (and you can check on the package that the price you paid is the price we paid).

Usually, we send your package on the day of order. Our post office closes at 5pm, so if you buy after 5pm, we'll send on the next working day.

Sometimes, we receive your order when I work, and my job includes travels all around the world. In this case, I'll prepare your order when I come back home. You're an active member of Psychedelik.com community. You help the station, so you deserve to get your package as soon as possible. I'll try to inform you if there is a delay in the future.

Returns

If you buy on the Psychedelik.com shop, it's because you want to support your webradio station.

Nevertheless, if any products you've ordered is not matching your expectations, you can return it.

If the size is not the good one or the colour is not the one you expected, you'll have to return it at your own expenses. And of course, we will refund you or will send you an other product. We'll find a smart solution between us.

If the product has a default, you'll have the right to return it at our own expenses. Before returning it, please contact us by mail (shop@psychedelik.com).
